Llama Lead Gen has recently designed and launched three new websites for our clients from different industries. The three clients include 1st Ameristaff, a healthcare staffing agency based in the United States; Daily Dumb Cat Shop, an eCommerce website that sells cat-related merchandise; and JFZ Coaching, a coaching website that offers personal and professional coaching services for individuals and organizations. This case study will discuss the challenges and strategies we adopted to design and develop these websites.





Client Background

1st Ameristaff is a healthcare staffing agency that has been providing staffing solutions for various medical facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, for over a decade. They approached Llama Lead Gen to develop a new website allowing their clients to view their services, submit staffing requests, and access their online application portal. 1st Ameristaff also wanted the website to highlight its experience and commitment to quality healthcare staffing.


Daily Dumb Cat Shop is an eCommerce website that sells cat-related merchandise, such as cat-themed clothing, accessories, and decor. The website targets cat lovers of all ages and is known for its unique products and fast shipping. Daily Dumb Cat Shop approached Llama Lead Gen to develop a new website allowing their customers to browse and purchase their products quickly and easily. They also wanted the website to be visually appealing and provide a seamless user experience.


JFZ Coaching is a website offering personal and professional coaching services for individuals and organizations. JFZ Coaching focuses on helping clients achieve their goals and improve their performance. They approached Llama Lead Gen to develop a new website that would showcase their services, highlight their experience and expertise, and provide a way for prospective clients to contact them.


Discovery and Planning Phase

We also developed a content strategy that used humor and a conversational tone to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.


For JFZ Coaching, we interviewed their stakeholders to understand their target audience, services, and unique selling points. Based on our findings, we developed a wireframe that highlighted their services, provided testimonials from previous clients, and included a contact form that allowed potential clients to submit their queries and contact details. We also developed a content strategy that used a professional tone and highlighted JFZ Coaching's experience and expertise in their field.

Design Phase

Llama Lead Gen focused on creating visually appealing designs that would be easy to navigate and user-friendly for all three websites. After conducting research and creating a strategy, the design phase is where Llama Lead Gen brings ideas to life. We start with low-fi wireframes, which are rough sketches that help us visualize the website's layout and structure. This stage is critical because it allows us to quickly iterate and make changes before committing to a specific design.


Once we understand the website's structure, we move on to hi-fi wireframes, which are more detailed and polished designs. This is where we incorporate branding elements, typography, and color schemes to create a cohesive look and feel. We typically use design tools like InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create these hi-fi wireframes.
